InvoiceCove is designed as a local-first application:

• You do not need to create an account.
• Invoice and customer content is stored locally on your device.
• We do not operate a server that receives or stores your invoices, estimates, customer records, business details, PDFs, or backups.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Subscription information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to provide purchases, subscription status, and restoration.

2. Information stored on your device

InvoiceCove may store information that you enter or create, including:

• Business name and contact details
• Business address, logo, currency, document settings, and payment terms
• Customer names and contact details
• Services, descriptions, quantities, rates, taxes, discounts, and totals
• Invoice and estimate numbers, dates, notes, and payment statuses
• Draft documents
