This Privacy Policy explains how SpendLoop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the SpendLoop mobile application (the “App”).
SpendLoop is designed as a privacy-first application. Your expense data is stored locally on your device, and we do not operate a server that receives or stores your personal financial records.
Expense logs, categories, budgets, recurring entries, and notes that you enter in SpendLoop are stored locally on your device using Apple technologies (including SwiftData).
We do not access, collect, or upload this financial information to our own servers.
If you enable the app lock feature, SpendLoop uses Apple’s LocalAuthentication framework to verify your identity directly on your device.
SpendLoop does not collect, store, or transmit biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
SpendLoop may send local notifications for reminders or spending alerts based on your preferences.
Notification scheduling and content are generated entirely on your device.
SpendLoop does not use notifications to track location or behavior.
